The MRF is a high noise industrial setting with active machinery, elevated walkways, stairs and moving equipment. Because of these conditions, service animals may not be able to safely enter the MRF floor. If you are accompanied by a service animal, or if your medical or sensory needs may be exacerbated by the physical tour environment, we can provide alternative tour options, such as a guided video experience in the Education Centre.
